Famed restaurateur Wolfgang Puck has yet another fine restaurant in Las Vegas. Postrio features American cuisine with Asian and Mediterranean influences, with the menu changing to reflect the seasons. Some of the house specialties include gourmet pizzas, grilled quail with spinach, and soft egg ravioli; foie gras terrine with fennel, haricot verts and walnut toast; grilled lamb chops with tamarind glaze, shoestring potatoes and peanut sauce; Chinese-style duck with mango sauce and crispy fried scallion.
Postrio offers guests the choice of two dining experiences. The elegant dining room surrounds guests in an intimate environment. For a casual setting, Postrio has a festive patio, an ideal location for people watching and viewing the Venetian Carnivale atmosphere. Voted:
