The Mirage Resort & Casino
Upon entering the lobby, Mirage guests are surrounded by an indoor atrium filled with palm trees, waterfalls, and pools. At the front desk, there is a 20,000-gallon artificial coral reef aquarium, which is home to sharks, pufferfish, and angelfish. The top five floors of the hotel contain penthouse suites earmarked for big-spending gamblers and there is a cluster of exclusive villas, each with its own pool and putting green, behind the hotel.
Siegfried & Roy
The Mirage is the home of Siegfried & Roy, the magical duo who raises and features rare white tigers in their shows.
The open-air home of Siegfried & Roy's Royal White Tigers is available for public viewing around the clock. When they aren't performing, the tigers live in a habitat at the Mirage where guests can watch the beasts relaxing. Siegfried & Roy have dedicated their lives to preserving these rare animals and their efforts have helped save them from total extinction.
After securing the offspring of a perfectly matched pair of these beautiful animals bequested to this country in 1958 by the Maharaja of Rewa, Siegfried & Roy established their own Royal White Tiger breeding line.
The Royal White Tigers are rotated continuously in and out of the facility throughout the day. When not appearing in the Habitat, they enjoy their own spacious living environment and periodic excursions into the countryside.
